Through the eye’s of youth.

Have had a very busy and fun week attending many  local functions in the district. I spoke to a great group of students at Penn State again this week. They asked a lot of good questions and have  great insight. Also road in this years State College Alumni parade wed, with other SCAHS grads, Don Asendorf and the County’s Recorder of Deeds, Joe Davidson.  Thanks to Jabco-Maggi for loaning the car.  Many beautiful ,young smiling children along the route.  Great oppurtunity to see some “ol classmates” and town friends.  It is fun to see the bright eyes of wonder on the children’s faces, as they watch each vehicle, band or float go by.  Equally fun is how easy a handfull of candy thrown from the car, can bring smiles to young and old alike!  Following the parade I attended the Rock the Vote Concert at the HUB, at PennState.  Met some interesting students and organizers … some trying to register more students, while others just wanted to listen to the music. Today took care of some office work and had the pleasure of going out to lunch with my oldest and youngest daughters!  Tonight is to be spent with my wife and four year old carving pumkins!  It takes a kids excitement to turn a plain pumpkin into a Jack-o-lantern!!  Any buddy got a light??  Have a great weekend…Kerry
